		<description>I well remember this retrieval system during my U.S. Navy active duty days (&#039;65-&#039;67).  It was designed to pick up shot-down pilots in SE Asia.
I don&#039;t think we ever used it, but recognized it right-away when I saw that James Bond flick.</description>
